September is Blood Cancer and Prostate Cancer Awareness Month

We stand in solidarity with those who have loved ones affected by blood cancer or prostate cancer and with the patients. In this challenging time, grief shared is grief halved. Blood cancer and prostate cancer awareness month encourage people to get checkups done for possible signs of the diseases for early detection and treatment. Here, in «My Real Way,» we care about health prevention methods and regenerative medicine.

Awareness Months raise awareness and increase the participation of affected people as well as volunteers in research. More research means a better understanding of the disease, prevention and cure. Our goal is to prevent diseases by maximizing patients’ responses to natural peptide bioregulators and peptide-polysaccharide complexes as a prophylactic peptide therapy or in combination with the main course of medical treatments.

7 SIMPLE WAYS TO PREVENT CANCER

Let’s start with good news: if you lead a healthy lifestyle, you already have a 70% chance out of 100% of not getting cancer.

Of course, the first main factors are diet and exercise. But recent research has provided us with a number of amazing and affordable ways to further reduce the risk of getting cancer.

1. Filter tap water

Filtered water reduces the impact of chemical substances, reagents, carcinogens and hormones. If you prefer to drink bottled water, then avoid plastic packaging. Drink plenty of water.

2. Marinate the meat

If you can’t deny yourself grilled meat, then marinate it. Antioxidant-rich spices reduce the amount of carcinogens in grilled meat by 87%. Eat meat without hormones and antibiotics. Vegetables and fruits without pesticides. If there is no such possibility, soak them in water for at least an hour before use.

3. Love green

Choose more dark green varieties. Chlorophyll which can be found in all green colored vegetables, indicates the presence of a large amount of magnesium. And it can reduce the risk of colon cancer, especially in women. If the cells lack magnesium, they can begin to divide uncontrollably, which will trigger the tumor process.

4. Eat nuts

The high level of selenium in them protects against bladder, lung and colon cancer. Selenium not only blocks free radicals, but also increases immune function, and also suppresses the growth of blood vessels that feed tumors.

5. Limit alcohol consumption/give up smoking

6. Love olive oil

Olive oil is a source of vitamins and antioxidants that resist toxins and free radicals. It prevents the development of cancer of the breast, endometrium, gastrointestinal tract.

7. Choose prevention

The earlier you go to the doctor and undergo an examination, the more chances you have to cure the disease. Regular preventive examinations and examinations in accordance with age (or risk group) can prevent the occurrence of a malignant tumor or detect a disease at an early stage, which allows for effective organ-preserving specialized treatment.

Causes of cancer development:

improper nutrition (up to 33%);

smoking (up to 31%);

viral infections (up to 9%);

sexual factors (up to 6%);

lack of exercise (up to 5%);

professional carcinogens (up to 3%);

alcoholism (up to 3%);

polluted environment (up to 2%);

heredity (up to 2%);

ultraviolet rays and ionizing radiation (up to 1%).

And only about 5% of disease cases cannot be attributed to known causes.

«My Real Way» complexes are used as complementary therapy for cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy to reduce symptoms of fatigue, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, and pain. Polysaccharide peptides (PSP) extracted from medicinal mushrooms have multiple powerful medicinal healing properties and are often used as antibiotics, cytostatics to reduce the antitumor effect, and immunosuppressants in the treatment of autoimmune diseases. These types of peptides are capable of increasing the body’s use of its own macrophages and T-lymphocytes thus stimulating immune defenses. Unlike other immunomodulators, nonribosomal peptides act on the immune system mildly, are non-toxic, safe, and do not lead to the development of autoimmune diseases. It is recommended to take peptide-polysaccharide complexes in combination with multi-component peptide bioregulators for a target organ.
